Headlines
A TDF classic issue. For those who are in their first offseason with us, this is the issue where we let the headlines do the talking because you know just as well as I do there have been a lot of them. Sometimes you don’t need to have an opinion. It’s ok to just appreciate the news for what it is. This is one of those times. Let’s relive the past few days.

Gym
I did quite a bit of reading too while I was away (I had banked up several articles). There was one I particularly enjoyed: Why this New Jersey gym is known as the 'most dangerous gym in America'
My favorite line in the article: “I wanted to feel what they felt.”
Most of us can relate to the fact that when we watch football or any other sport, there’s a part of us that humbly admits that we can’t do that. One thing that’s foundational to every sport is athleticism and maintaining a level of physical fitness. This is where we can attach ourselves to athletes.
He runs. I can run. He lifts. I can lift. He throws. I can throw. Maybe not at the same level, but you can do “it” nonetheless. People say golf is the perfect sport to get into because you can play it for your entire life. Being one with the gym is another. Very few of us get to play a sport professionally. All of us can be athletic and “feel” what the professionals feel so long as you’re willing, wanting, and up for some sweat and tears.
